Vans is using laser cutting to meet the demand for kits - but some builders have been reporting issues with their laser cut holes. When dimpled and/or riveted, they tend to crack. How bad this is could be anyone's guess, but Vans has stopped laser cutting parts and is replacing affected parts for builders.
